Please contact me to discuss a commission piece of jewellery. Whenever possible commissioned discussions taken place in person are preferable & as much detail as possible given, with diagrams & or images provided. The more information you give me the better!
When the design has been discussed either online, phone or in person then a 50% payment should be made to me up front before work can be started & the remainder when I have notified you of its completion & its ready for delivery. Your jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery which is tracked, signed & insured.
Please note: Commissioned designed jewellery is not eligible to be returned or exchanged as they’re made to the customers specifications & are not resellable.
Exchanges & Returns Policy
I can give up to 14 day returns policy starting from the day after delivery. Customers are also welcome to exchange an item if they wish, simply contact me.
In order for returns/exchanges to be accepted, the items need to show no signs of having been worn. I ask that customers try to retain the original packaging where possible and include it when sending items back. This should prevent damage and loss when the item is returned and makes for a smoother transaction. I don’t have a problem people trying the jewellery on to see if they fit, but they cannot show signs of wear.
On receiving the jewellery, the customer will be reimbursed without undue delay and within 14 days of the day the goods are returned.
I am not able to cover the cost for sending an item via special delivery unless authorisation has been given prior to returning. Due to the costs involved in delivery, customers are responsible for exchange/returns postage both ways.
Please be aware if you try and return your order after the 14 days period this may not be accepted.
Please note: In some circumstances the 14 day period can be extended where a birthday or delay in the person receiving the jewellery, but I will need to be notified when placing the order.
If you receive your jewellery with a fault or any cosmetic damage, please contact me before it is worn; I’ll be more than happy to help. Unfortunately, if there are signs of wear upon return, I will not be able to refund or replace your jewellery.
All Jewellery will be posted to you via Royal Mail special delivery which is tracked, signed & insured & returns should be posted back to me via the same method. If jewellery is not returned to me via special delivery & is lost in the post then you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you placed your order through Etsy this same return policy applies.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in situations where myself deems necessary. I will not tolerate rude or abusive speech or email content. I endeavour to help my customers to the best of my ability. My aim is to serve and meet my customers requirements as best I can.
